Terms and Conditions for The Career Change Course (Self-Paced Online Programme)

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") set out the terms under which you (“the Client” or “you”) agree to access and participate in the self-paced online course, The Career Change Course ("the Course"), provided by Rachel Grace Elliott Ltd, trading as Rachel Grace Elliott ("we", "us", or "the Company").

By purchasing and accessing the Course through our website (www.rachelgraceelliott.com), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Course Description The Career Change Course is a self-paced online programme designed to guide individuals through the process of identifying and transitioning into a new career through a self-coaching experience. The Course includes digital content such as videos, worksheets, exercises, and guidance materials.

2. Payment and Access

a)       Full payment is required at the point of purchase.

b)       Access to the Course and the bonus CV masterclass is provided immediately upon payment.

c)       In respect of the bonus one to one coaching session if offered with your package purchased, you must organise this within the first three months of purchase, but you can organise the session to take place for a date within the first year of purchase. You will be contacted with further details of how you can book this.

3. Due to the digital nature of this course and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

a)       By making payment, you acknowledge that you are gaining instant access to the full course content and agree to waive any right to a refund.

b)       No refunds will be issued for change of mind, lack of use, personal scheduling conflicts, or unmet expectations. Please ensure the course is suitable for your needs before purchasing – watching the free webinar in full is a good way of deciding whether to purchase the course.

c)       If you are unsure whether the course is right for you, we recommend reviewing all available information or contacting us with questions before completing your purchase.

4. Intellectual Property All materials within the Course are the intellectual property of Rachel Grace Elliott Ltd.

a)       You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or sell any part of the Course content.

b)       Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. No Guarantees or Results This Course is intended to support self-exploration and decision-making in career change but does not guarantee specific results, employment outcomes, or income levels.

a)       You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own career decisions, outcomes, and actions.

6. Access Duration You have lifetime access to the course which means for as long as the course is available for sale, you will have access to it. This will likely be for many years, but access to the Course will be guaranteed available for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to extend or withdraw access thereafter without notice.

7. User Conduct You agree to use the Course for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Share login details or grant third-party access to the Course.

• Engage in any behaviour that may harm the platform, its users, or its reputation.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rachel Grace Elliott Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Course.

10. Amendments We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Course after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
